Before moving to South Florida, Level Up's owner and operator, Felipe Sampaio, had the opportunity to live and work in NY for over 14 years, where he learned and polished his skills as a painter and drywall finisher. Coming over to the sunshine state in 2017, he developed new skills as a wallpaper installer, and with that added to his contractor skills he started Level Up Wallpaper & Painting.
